Healing Flow Workshop

This special 90 minute workshop occurs monthly, and gives students the chance to build and move with energy in ways they may not in a typical Yoga class. This Healing Flow class is influenced by core Hatha Yoga fundamentals, but incorporates the flowing movement of Tai Chi / Qi Gong and the ancient philosophy of Yin Yoga.
