Yogalates is a class that pulls inspiration from both the Yoga and Pilates practices. Work on toning muscle through a mix of longer holds and repetition of movement, using the familiar poses of Yoga and controlled movements of Pilates. We'll incorporate small weights into this class! All weights are optional, and you can take it at your own pace.
