GENTLE YOGA + SOMATIC MOVEMENT
Our Gentle Yoga class is a much slower paced class, often low to the ground, with less intensity than most. Students will move through basic postures with gentle variations and longer holds, using props to support the body as needed. During this Gentle Yoga & Somatic Movement class, students will be encouraged to connect with their body by inviting in organic, free flowing movements.
