Sacred Sounds: Sound Immersion & Yoga
Joseph Carringer is an internationally known didgeridoo musician and sound therapist. During this 90-minute workshop, Joseph will use concert class didgeridoos alongside Himalayan singing bowls to guide us in meditation, and through gentle movement with Domenique Roach. The class will start with a 30-minute seated or reclined meditation, followed by 30-minutes of Yogic movement, with time for discussion before and after. Students are encouraged to bring their water bottle, a blanket, and anything else they feel necessary for their comfort during the extended meditation portion of class.
