Our Basics class is a great place to start for those wanting to get involved with the physical world of Yoga, or simply deepen their understanding to further their practice!
In this class, students can expect longer static holds to really break down a pose, focusing on the alignment of that particular posture, followed by a flow incorporating the pose we're working on. These classes are slower paced than our Vinyasa classes, and take time to explore & learn the physical practice.
